All sales are FINAL.

No cancellations, refunds or exchanges. 

All sales on "CUSTOM," "CLEARANCE," or "SALE" items are FINAL.

No cash refunds offered on any items. 

Shipping

I ship all items using "economy" ground advantage, Priority 2-3 Day and First Class International from the United States Post Office.  The shipping times provided are guidelines on when you can expect your package to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays beyond our control. The items represented for sale on the site are all in stock and ready to ship within one business day. If you need your item quickly, please feel free to choose the Priority Express 1-2 Day, or Priority Express International 3-5 Day shipping upgrade.

International Shipping

First Class International shipping from the United States Postal Service at an affordable price is now standard. Shipping to countries outside the US can take up to 30 days, but usually arrive within 6-14 days. If you need your items quickly, feel free to choose the upgraded Priority Express International 3-5 day shipping, available upon checkout. 

International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country for purchases AND returns. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.

Billing Terms and Conditions

Payment is required at time of sale before shipment will occur. All payments are processed by a third party (ie: Shopify Payments, PayPal).
